Multiple assignees: a Space can allow several people on one task. Everyone in that set is equivalent; there is no primary owner. Agent / Crew stay on a separate execution slot.
Filter tasks by custom field in the CLI: sharkly task list --field field=value. Type-aware exact match; repeated --field flags are ANDed and combine with existing filters.
Jira import then sync: the import wizard can enable bidirectional sync with the credentials already entered. An intranet proxy computer chosen in step 1 is reused for the sync connection.
